A catalogue, from design to delivery
I designed the mobile layout first, then built the catalogue interface with React and Next.js.
Connecting systems
If you copy each order into your invoicing tool by hand, keep stock in a separate spreadsheet and fill in shipping labels yourself, you are typing the same data three times. I connect these systems so an order is created once, and the invoice, the stock update and the shipment all start from it.
The situation
While orders are few, someone can copy them across in the evening. As volume grows, this is where most mistakes come from: a mistyped address, a missed invoice, a product that has sold out but is still on sale in the shop.
Webshop platforms and invoicing tools have programming interfaces (APIs), but off-the-shelf plugins rarely follow your exact process. They get stuck wherever you work differently: split shipments, cash on delivery, several warehouses, discounts given by hand.
What I build
The first step is a free 30-minute call. After that, depending on the job, there are three ways to continue, and you see the price of each one up front.

Orders from your shop should create the invoices and the sales and payout entries in your accounting software automatically, with a retry when something fails, and an export your accountant can use for the VAT return. The exact scope depends on the accounting software's API, so it is settled on the first call. Your accountant confirms what applies to your filings.

If there is a plugin that does exactly what you need, I will recommend it, because it costs less. A custom integration pays off when the plugin cannot handle your case, or when several systems need to work together. We look at this on the first call.
The invoicing tool issues the invoice and handles reporting to the tax authority. What I connect is the step that creates the invoice from the order data without anyone typing it. Your accountant decides which documents you need and when, and I fit the flow to that.
I build the integration so the webshop is only one end of it. If you move to another platform, that part gets rewritten; the invoicing, stock and courier connections stay.
A few sentences about the situation and what you want are enough. I reply within one working day, and we book a 30-minute call.
