I made five screens editable.
Web system
If your team spends every day answering where an order is, whether an invoice has gone out, or which version of a contract is current, your customers could check that themselves in a portal. I design and build the portal, and connect it to the systems where the data lives today.
The situation
When you answer the same questions again and again, and the answer already sits in one of your systems. The customer emails, someone looks it up, copies it, sends it back. A portal cuts out that loop.
Also when customers send you data or documents, and today they arrive as email attachments. In a portal a form puts them straight where they belong, and everyone can see what is still missing.
What I build
The first step is a free 30-minute call. After that, depending on the job, there are three ways to continue, and you see the price of each one up front.

Reusing shared interface components cut the time spent on interface development by roughly half.
If a ready-made product covers what matters to you and the monthly fee is reasonable, I will recommend it. A custom portal pays off when it has to show data from your existing systems, or when your process is so much your own that you would be building workarounds around a ready-made tool.
At the start we write down which customer and which team member can see what, and the portal checks this on every request. I log logins and important changes, so you can trace who changed what.
With the question or request that takes up the most time today. In the first development phase one or two of these move into the portal; we add the rest once we see how your customers use it.
A few sentences about the situation and what you want are enough. I reply within one working day, and we book a 30-minute call.
